By applying for a car booking in this website you agree to comply with the following rental terms.
The renter and any additional driver must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driving licence for a minimum of one (1) year prior to the rental start date.
The Company reserves the right to request an identity card, passport, driving licence, proof of address, or any other identification documents before delivering the vehicle.
The total rental amount must be paid in full prior to vehicle delivery
A security deposit is required at vehicle collection.
The Company reserves the right to retain part or all of the security deposit for:
The vehicle is delivered and must be returned with the same fuel level (Full to Full).In case of fuel shortage upon return, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel plus a €20 refuelling administration fee.
Unlimited mileage is provided for rentals of three (3) days or longer.For rentals of one (1) or two (2) days, a limit of 200 km per day applies.Additional mileage is charged at €0.15 per kilometre.
The additional driver fee is €5 per day.
Maximum number of drivers: three (3).
Child seats are available at €5 per day, with a maximum charge of €35 per rental.
The rental includes basic insurance coverage with an excess of €1,000 per incident.
Reduction of the excess amount is available for an additional charge of €6 per day.
Excess waiver for bodywork damage is available for an additional charge of €12 per day.

The renter acknowledges that the vehicle was received in good working condition, clean, with all legally required documents, the mandatory safety equipment, and without visible damage other than that recorded on the vehicle check-out form or noted upon collection.
The condition of the vehicle at both collection and return may be recorded by the Company through photographs and/or video recordings. Such material constitutes evidence of the vehicle’s condition and may be used in the event of a dispute or claim.
The Company reserves the right to identify and record damages, missing equipment, or other defects that could not reasonably be detected at the time of return. The renter may be notified within seven (7) days following the return of the vehicle.
In the event of damage caused by the renter, the Company may claim compensation for the period during which the vehicle remains unavailable for rental due to repair work. Compensation shall be calculated based on the applicable daily rental rate of the vehicle.

The renter is fully responsible for any damage to tires, rims, or wheels regardless of the insurance coverage selected or any optional protection purchased.
A delay of more than 60 minutes without prior approval from the Company may be charged as an additional rental day.
The renter is solely responsible for any fines, traffic violations, toll charges, or administrative penalties incurred during the rental period.
The renter authorizes ELISCAR to deduct or retain from the security deposit any amount arising from vehicle damage, missing equipment, fines, fuel shortages, cleaning fees, or any other financial obligations resulting from the rental.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.If special cleaning is required, the Company may impose a charge of up to €100.

The renter loses any limitation of liability and becomes fully responsible for all damages when:
Transportation of the vehicle by ferry is permitted only with prior written approval from ELISCAR.
Taking the vehicle outside the territory of Greece is strictly prohibited.
24-hour roadside assistance is provided throughout Greece.
Any dispute arising from this rental agreement shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Pyrgos, Ilia, Greece.
